OLAM Theory of Change, 2024
In December 2023, OLAM concluded its three-year Adaptive Strategy, launched in late 2020 to engage the Jewish community in global issues and support our partners as they navigated the uncertainties of a world reshaped by COVID-19. In 2024, OLAM partnered with Rosov Consulting to undertake a Theory of Change process as a foundation for its next three-year strategy. This process helped OLAM clarify the critical steps for advancing its mission, mapping out the resources, partnerships, and pathways needed to maximize its impact and realize its vision for the future.Read the Theory of Change summary and conclusions below.
