OLAM Adaptive Strategy: 2025-2027, Executive Summary

In April 2024, OLAM embarked on a strategic refresh process to refine our Theory of Change, hone our priorities, develop new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure OLAM stays ahead of the evolving needs of our partners and members in a rapidly changing world. The urgency of this work was underscored by the shifting philanthropic landscape and a growing sense of isolation many Jewish international development and aid practitioners felt after October 7th.
The new strategy continues to focus on four priorities we identified during our previous strategic planning process, while refining specific areas of emphasis within each one. As these strategies are mutually reinforcing, we aim to create programs that fulfill multiple strategies at once.
