OLAM’s Ethical Practices Spectrum, one of several tools offered by the Aspire Ethical Practices program, pinpoint four stages along a continuum of ethical practices in various topics. Although few organizations will fit neatly into any one stage, the spectrums allow OLAM partners to identify potential areas for improvement, and can help them clarify specific actions they can take to reach the next stage.

OLAM acknowledges that our partner organizations range widely in size, capacity, mission, sectors, and more, and some organizations (especially those with smaller staff) may find it challenging to make the necessary changes in order to move forward on the spectrum. OLAM is available to support all partners in order to make this work manageable and realistic.
