Andrew Carmona is a Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning (MEL) Specialist with a passion for quantitative analysis, program design, monitoring and evaluation, ICT4D, and project management. He has over 15 years experience across global health, WASH, agriculture, education, youth leadership, governance, and post-disaster projects throughout two dozen countries in Central America, the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia. Andrew’s work is driven by the desire to measure the effectiveness of programs and ensure that they are sustainable in the long term. He holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and speaks Spanish and French. You can typically find him keeping score at a baseball game, crafting spoken word poems, or getting lost in nature. Andrew is currently based in Washington, DC.
